This is a phase ... it will pass, but in the meantime I shall bore you with my quest for the perfect brownie. Given my oven is basically rubbish I think this quest may yet prove to be fuitless.
I have just made this recipe sourced from waitrose.com for my kind neighbour who hung my picture frames for me this morning and cleared up the mess the foxes made last night of my rubbish (yes Luca the foxes were very naughty and spread my rubbish across the green).
They tasted great!
